He charges $5000 a day plus all travel expenses.

Depositions/Trial Fees $400.00 an hour, which includes all prep-time and travel.
Deposition Consults for doctors or lawyers that would like and predisposition or pretrial guidance in order to improve results –
$400.00 per hour.
